Privacy policy · last updated 23 September 2026
Short version

We don’t sell your data, we don’t run advertising trackers, and we only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form.

Who is responsible

This website, indexurepoint.com (“IndexUrePoint”, “we”), is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through our contact page.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form. If you send a message, we receive your name, email address and message by email so we can read and, where possible, reply. We use it for nothing else and delete it when it’s no longer needed.
  • Comments. If comments are open and you leave one, we store your name, email, comment and IP address to display and moderate it and to prevent spam.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and requested page, for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies, for example to keep site administrators logged in. Comments are switched off on this site.

Third-party services

  • Hosting: Hostinger hosts this website.
  • Fonts: all typefaces are hosted on our own server. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service when you visit this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
